Ready for a great workout and an opportunity to spend time with other like-minded women in your community?  Pole Fitness might be the exact "thing" for you!  Pole is a great workout, and it encourages strength, agility, and improved core strength.  Don't worry, it's difficult, but the beginner classes will be exactly the right place for anyone that has no experience at all.  You will learn everything you need to know to bust a move on the pole!  Plus, you can add time for practicing, host a party with your girls or take things up a notch and try your hand in the competition ring.  Our instructors Alyssa and Shelly will take you wherever you want to go!  Both with tremendous experience and a deep love for the world of pole, you are in very good hands!  

Plus, don't forget the retail store where we have all the clothing you want in those smaller sizes you'll need once the pounds come pouring off from all your hard work.
