Meet the FOC staff!
Theresa Del Biaggio, Owner & Master Bra Fitter
Theresa Del Biaggio is the owner and founder of Full of Chic Boutique. She holds a master's in social work and has worked extensively in the County system of care. Her primary role was working full time as a clinical therapist where she treated a wide range of mental health and substance use issues. She loved her job, but found herself looking for alternative ways to support women in her own community. With excessively large case loads and limited time to work with her clients in the way that she felt was helpful, she was ready to pursue new avenues. She loved the opportunity to work with women in her community and fitting women with the perfect bra has become her special talent. She is well known at the store as the "Bra Queen". Her experience as a social worker has been helpful when working with women in the store who have traumatic histories or who have found themselves feeling insecure or lacking confidence. Theresa uses her skills as a therapist to support women in looking and feeling their best. She is an advocate for women in general and her interest in advocating for individual empowerment, sexual health and wellbeing and improved confidence continues to grow every day.
Her daughter was also looking for change and together, they decided to open Full of Chic Boutique. Theresa hs 4 grown children, and 4 grandchildren. She has been married for 25 years to her best friend Bryan and together, they love to travel, visit their beach house in Galveston Texas whenever possible and they love to watch movie series including, Game of Thrones, Yellowstone and basically anything that will entertain them with a scandalous plot.

Steffani is our weekend powerhouse and she is a breath of fresh air! You will always find her smiling, encouraging and just being supportive of every single person that walks through the door. She works full-time for the State of California and we are fortunate to have her on the weekends, keeping us on our toes and bringing a little light everywhere she goes. She is a skilled bra fitter, lingerie expert and all around great personal to be around. She is happily married and she has 4 great kids including 2 adult daughters, a teen son and younger boy who is the light of her life. Steffani is an amazing mom and wife,
